While I agree with this article, I am not sure that this is the first time we have been here. I remember very vividly the bling of the late 80's and the lack of affordable housing. Back then, we didn't have to wait very long at all for it all as interest rates spiralled upwards during the early 90's, the property market crashed. Will we see history repeating itself? My advice would always be to save hard and wait for the next opportunity. It will come.
